Common questions
Is an e-signed lease legally valid in India?
Yes. Aadhaar-based e-signatures are governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and recognised in every Indian court. We route through NeSL (National e-Governance Services Ltd.), the same infrastructure banks use for loan agreements.
Do you charge a percentage on rent?
No. We take zero platform fee on rent collection — UPI AutoPay is free for both landlord and tenant. Our revenue comes from the flat subscription and a la carte services.
Why is stamp duty shown separately?
Stamp duty varies from ₹100 to ₹15,000+ depending on your state and the lease terms. Bundling it would cause sticker shock either way. We always itemise it and pass it through at state-exact cost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — monthly plans can be cancelled from your account at any time. Annual plans are refundable within 14 days, pro-rated after that.
What if I only need one lease?
Skip the subscription entirely. Use the a la carte menu below — a registered rental agreement starts at ₹1,499 plus state stamp duty.
Do prices include GST?
Prices are shown without GST by default so you can compare apples to apples. Use the toggle at the top to add 18% GST and see the inclusive price. GSTIN invoices are available on every plan.
