What to include
Your registered email, what happened, when, and any reference you have (invoice number, payment id, property or lease name, or a screenshot). The more specific, the faster we can trace it.
Timelines we hold ourselves to
- Acknowledgement: within 24 hours of receipt.
- Resolution: within 15 days — usually much faster for payment and document issues.
- Data-rights requests (access, correction, erasure under the DPDP Act 2023): actioned within a reasonable time and never later than the statutory period; tenants can also use the in-app My Data page for verification reports.
Specific channels
- Refunds & payments: see the Refund & Cancellation Policy first — most cases are covered there.
- Background-verification disputes: if a report contains something you believe is wrong, write to the Grievance Officer with the report reference; the check is re-run or corrected, and any tenancy decision based on it is flagged to the landlord.
- Aadhaar / DigiLocker issues: we can trace our side (verification requests and results). For Aadhaar itself, UIDAI’s helpline is 1947 / [email protected].
If we don’t resolve it
For personal-data grievances that remain unresolved after you’ve exhausted this channel, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act 2023. For consumer disputes, the consumer commission with jurisdiction over Courts at Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India applies. Nothing on this page limits rights you have in law.
